Happy first day of S P R I N G 🌸 [not that you can tell in Perth 💨🌧🙈]
And Happy Fathers day to those special people out there 💗

We have been celebrating with my hubby but I have also made time to complete our meal prep because for us, it is an integral piece for a successful week ahead that is jam packed with healthy & yummy food 🙌🏻😍 Dinner is sorted with this delish vegetarian chilli on a bed of brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat.

And I won't need to spare a thought for my lunches for the next couple of days = massaged kale + sunflower seeds + no beef burgers + roasted potatoes + creamy and tangy dressing 😍😋
The combo of being a Mum and working from home meals I often say 'I will get lunch after I do this, that and the other'... which can mean you skip it altogether or snack the whole day... this is why I love having prepped foods ready in the fridge #mumhack
