What a cracker of a weekend in Perth! ☀️😎
Yesterday was meant to be filled with strong winds, rain and possible hail so late Friday night, we decided to play it safe and opt out of a market on Saturday morning... but it turns out the weather was clear 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃
 
So we have enjoyed two slower-paced days soaking up the sunshine and pottering around in our garden as the kiddies and hubby are a little sniffly 🤧🚫
 
It is going to be a HUGE week ahead so we now have dinner sorted for the next two nights (ish) with this coconut lemon 'veggie' soup (so yummy!) on a bed of brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat.
And for my lunches for the next couple of days, I will have the kale salad + no beef burgers + roasted brussel sprouts + fermented cashew cheese 😍😋
