I came home from my market this arvo to finish off our meal prep... all I can say is that I LOVE my Thermomix! π
This pineapple and coconut fried rice recipe reminds me of the pineapple fried rice that is served in a carved out half pineapple that you get in Bali... well, I am bringing Bali to Perth π
And this recipe is made easy with the Thermo [but you can do this recipe without one] as the sauce cooks, whilst the rice [I used a mix of quinoa, brown rice and buckwheat] steams, along with the veggies and omelette... YUMMY!!
