This isn't my usual Sunday meal prep post as we are on holidays.... so here is the meal prep I completed on Thursday night for our trip to the Gold Coast ✈️
We took this food onboard with us as we had the best part of a full day of travel (breakfast, lunch and lots of snacks!) 😆
The 2 x sets of circle containers (blue & pink) have 'Eatrite' rice crackers, sultanas and dried blueberries and 'Health Attack' freeze dried mango - which my girls love! 👯♀️
And I compiled the kale salad with roast veggies into two portions for my hubby and I 😋
