We have had a week full of snotty noses 🀧 in our household which makes me even more grateful that we can grab our oils to support our bodies πŸ™ŒπŸ»... to offer our bodies extra 'goodness' when we are feeling depleted and like our noses are dripping taps πŸ’¦ [is that TMI!? 😜]
I have been posting in my stories daily with how I have navigated through this past week whilst feeling sniffly... the Immune Bomb oil blends that I have been applying, DigestZen to my T-zone as a natural decongestant πŸ‘ŒπŸ» and drinking LOTS of warm liquids which includes the immune boosting veggie broth that I stumbled across from @nutraorganics... I highly recommend! 😍
