We have had a week full of snotty noses π€§ in our household which makes me even more grateful that we can grab our oils to support our bodies ππ»... to offer our bodies extra 'goodness' when we are feeling depleted and like our noses are dripping taps π¦ [is that TMI!? π]

I have been posting in my stories daily with how I have navigated through this past week whilst feeling sniffly... the Immune Bomb oil blends that I have been applying, DigestZen to my T-zone as a natural decongestant ππ» and drinking LOTS of warm liquids which includes the immune boosting veggie broth that I stumbled across from @nutraorganics...
