We devoured last week's meal prep and our bench is now full again of many more options for the week ahead š
I have experimented with a new muffin and cookie recipe using oat flour because I finally found oats that I can tolerate. Being a coeliac, in the past I have tried regular oats and biodynamic oats and it hasn't been a happy ending (every BODY is different and some people have no troubles). I plucked up enough courage to give theseĀ @gfoatsĀ a try and I am over the moon! I have been gluten free for 15+ years so this is a huge treat for me š„³
