In this week's meal prep, I have made a batch of veggie bolognese that I will pop straight in the freezer. It will be a versatile sauce that we can use for a quick midweek meal; tacos, nachos, spaghetti etc.
I’m trying to work out our best game plan for midweek meals when we are really short on time (school is back / after school activities).
In an effort to keep our freezer organised, I printed this freezer inventory that I have laminated... because all to often, we forget what we've put in our freezer / it gets forgotten about 🤪
If you have any freezer meals that are your favorite then I would love your suggestions.
