Navigating through this time of year - unsure what day of the week it is - confusing but blissful! 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️😂We are soaking up these Summer holidays with lots of beachside adventures; sandy toes and salty beach hair 🏖🥰For some, these past few days in particular have been extra emotional... sending love and strength to you all as we begin our journey in 2021 💖🙏It has been another reminder for me that there are lots of things we can't control but I am reminding myself to focus on controlling the controllables that are within reach... healthy food and my meal prep...

We are so excited to head off on our Christmas caravan adventure this week! 🤸🏻‍♀️🥰I will do another round of meal prep before we leave so that we are fully stocked for our caravan adventures (like fresh salads for dinner, more breakfast jars for our girls, extra snacks etc).In the meantime, while we are amidst the fast pace Christmas hustle 🤪, this food will help us stay organised and well fed 👏🏻Rather than letting this habit fly out the window while we are busy, I’m hanging onto it tightly because it helps us enormously during the week ... and means...

Yesterday, we were at @kingswaymarkets which is an amazing community market that we used to do fortnightly (pre COVID).
