As I continue to journey on this low FODMAP adventure, I am finding more ways to add flavour to our dishes. This glaze is so yummy drizzled over crispy tofu, as a salad dressing... over anything really!
- ¼ cup of brown sugar (I use coconut sugar)
- 2 tbsps of tamari (or soy sauce)
- 2 tbsps of hot water
- 2 tbsps of miso paste
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl or glass jug and stir with a whisk.
