Banana Snickers Bites

  • 2 cups melted chocolate (I use 72% vegan chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts

  1. Add a small amount of melted chocolate to the bottom of each silicone mould to cover the base. I use 2 x silicone mini muffins trays.
  2. Next add a piece of sliced banana and then top with 1 tsp of peanut butter. 
  3. Sprinkle peanuts to each mould and finish with a layer of melted chocolate.
  4. Place moulds into the freezer for 2 hours to set.
  5. Remove snickers bites from moulds and store in a container in the fridge. Enjoy!
