Berry Chia Jam
INGREDIENTS
500 gr
berries
we use frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 tbsp
lemon juice
1 tbsp
maple syrup
1

cup
chia seeds
2 tbsp
flax meal
ground up flaxseeds
METHOD
Place frozen berries, lemon juice and maple syrup into Thermomix sp 2 / 100 deg for 10 minutes
Pour mixture into a glass jar and mix through chia and flax seeds.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the mixture to thicken.
