Berry Yummy Smoothie



Now that the weather has heated up (it has been 40oC here this week 🥵) ... I am really enjoying smoothies!

This is a new recipe that I have been loving... the frozen dragon fruit is optional but adds an extra pop of colour which is fun and tastes yummy too! 😋

1/4 cup of frozen dragon fruit (or replace with extra berries)
1/4 cup of raspberries (I use frozen)
1/4 cup of mango (I use frozen)
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp macadamias

protein powder, collagen powder, tahini / peanut butter, chia or hemp seeds, zucchini

💧I use water as when blitzed with the macadamias it makes the smoothie creamy but you could use milk, coconut water... whatever tickles your fancy.

✖️ Add less liquid (I choose water) for a smoothie bowl
✖️Add more liquid for a smoothie in a cup
