Buckwheat Pancakes
🥞 BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES 🥞
These yummy pancakes might be GF, V, nut & sugar free but I assure you they are delicious! And perhaps a great start to your weekend 😉
1 cup buckwheat flour
2 flax eggs (or eggs)
1 banana (mashed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice
pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk (we use coconut milk - add more milk for a runny consistency)
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and cook in a pan 👩🍳
And of course the funny faces made from strawberry chia jam (recipe on our website), blueberries, buckinis, goji berries and grated carrot are totally optional if you don’t have a 2yo and 4yo to impress 😜
