Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS

chia seeds
3 tbsp
flaxseed meal
ground flaxseeds
1 tsp
vanilla paste
1 cup
yogurt
dairy or plant based
1 cup
milk
dairy or plant based
sweetener
optional
METHOD
Add yogurt, milk, vanilla paste and sweetener (if using) into a container or jar. Mix until combined.
Add flaxseed meal and chia seeds into mixture and stir until combined.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
To serve, top with fruit, nuts or seeds.
