Creamy Seed Porridge


This is not quite your traditional porridge with added seeds for crunch but it is creamy and delicious!


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, linseeds, sunflowers seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (or collagen powder optional)
  • splash of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • toppings: flaked coconut, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, sliced banana / straberries


  1. In a bowl, add the oats and seeds and cover with boiling water. Approx 1/2 cup of water but fill until the water covers the oats and seeds. Place a plate on top of the bowl and let it sit for 10-15mins.
  2. To the softened oats and seeds, stir through the protein powder (if using) and add the almond milk to get your desired consistency.
  3. Drizzle the sweetener and almond butter on top and then sprinkle on your toppings.
