Fruit Roll-Ups

My girls LOVE anything to do with fruit that is fresh or dried πŸ˜† so these have been a HUGE success since I started making them a few weeks back πŸ€—

I don't have a dehydrator so of course you could use one. I use our oven and looked at several recipes as I have experimented with temperatures as I am #impatient but low and slow really is the best method for this recipe... I have tried speeding this process up however, the rolls ups can go too dark in colour so the best result is a low temperature for a longer time [no matter the result, my little taste testers have still gobbled them up 😜]

Blend 300grm of frozen berries (I use strawberries) and a banana with 1tsp of lemon juice until completely smooth.

Spread the mixture out thinly on a baking tray (we line ours with baking paper) and dehydrate in the oven at 100oC for 3 hours.

Remove the tray from the oven, roll it and cut it and voila - a healthy snack for the lunchbox πŸ˜‰
