Garlic Paste


Something so simple yet so handy!

I am definitely that person who ‘can’t be bothered peeling the garlic cloves’ 🙈 so I usually make up a jar of this paste every few days as we go through much more garlic this way 😋

This is a quick way to add extra flavour to roast veggies, homemade dips, curries, stir fries... any dish where you want garlic-y goodness 💁🏻‍♀️

I grab approx. 20 cloves of peeled garlic and blitz them with olive oil to the consistency you prefer (I like to leave ours chopped rather than a smooth paste). Pop the garlic mixture in a jar and leave in your fridge (I find it lasts around 10 days).
