Hidden Veg Choc Smoothie
Keeping this smoothie simple with minimal ingredients! It is so creamy without dairy thanks to the frozen cauliflower and zucchini (which you can't taste). Seriously yummy! 😋
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 cube of frozen spinach
- 2 cauliflower florets (frozen)
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1.5 cups of liquid (I use half water and half almond milk)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
✖️ Add less liquid for a smoothie bowl
✖️Add 1.5 cups of liquid for a smoothie
