Infused Raw Chocolate
Ingredients
1 cup cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil
1⁄4 cup (or to taste) of sweetener
Optional
1 drop doTERRA Green Mandarin essential oil (or to taste)
handful caramel buckinis
handful cacao nibs
Directions
Prepare the chocolate moulds by placing a few cacao nibs and buckinis on the bottom.
Place the coconut oil in a pot and let it melt over a low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and add cacao powder and sweetener and whisk until smooth.
Add essential oils to flavour, whisk and then pour the chocolate into the moulds to cover the nibs and buckinis.
Let set in the freezer for 2 hours.
