Kale and Basil Vegan Pesto


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups firmly packed kale leaves removed from stems
  • 1 bunch basil leaves only
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1⁄3 cup pinenuts toasted
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped) or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large lemon zested and juiced or 2 drops of Lemon essential oil (doTERRA)
  • 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
