Kale and Basil Pesto
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups firmly packed kale leaves removed from stems
- 1 bunch basil leaves only
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1⁄3 cup pinenuts toasted
- 1 garlic clove (chopped) or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large lemon zested and juiced
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
