Kale Chips
INGREDIENTS
Kale leaves
de stemmed
olive oil
Herbamare salt
or coconut aminos or savoury spice mix
METHOD
Grab a bunch of kale, remove the stems and place the leaves in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and salt (I use Herbamare for extra flavor) and give the leaves a gentle massage.
Place the leaves on a baking tray and be careful not to overcrowd the tray.
Bake for 12-15 mins at 180oC until golden brown (be careful not to burn)
And then you’ll have a tray of the crunchiest kale chips
Experiment with seasonings... such as adding a sprinkle of our savoury spice mix or a dash of coconut aminos
