Mouth Freshener and Cooling Spray
• MOUTH FRESHENER AND COOLING SPRAY •
It is so simple to make your own mouth freshener spray
[oh this has brought back memories from the good ole days for me but I made this last week and it’s been so handy to have in my Mum back pack 🤣
] AND a cooling spray for hot days, high temps & energy boost 🤸♂️🤸🏻♀️
In a 30ml glass spritzer bottle:
+ add a pinch of salt or dash of Vodka
+ add 20 drops of Peppermint oil
+ top with cooled boiled water or filtered water
Shake and spray!
