Porridge Jars


I’m always looking for ways to make our mornings that little bit easier 😉This is a simple way to prep for busy weekday mornings!! It is handy being able to offer the girls a hot breakfast on a school morning that only takes minutes to prepare #winning 🥳

1 cup of oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds



In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to the boil.

Add contents of the porridge jar to the pot, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Scoop mixture into a bowl and mix in peanut butter (or other nut butter) and add frozen fruit (my girls love blueberries and it cools the porridge down 👌🏻).
