Roasted sprouts


If you watch my stories then you have most likely heard me bang on about my deep love for roasted sprouts 🤭😆😍

BUT I really think these deserve a BIG shout out 😆#brusselsprouts

Stay with me here, even if you don’t like the soggy steamed version then I think you should give these roasted sprouts a go - they have crispy bits and are so delicious 😋


🌱Chop the sprouts in half

🌱 Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper (I use Herbamere salt for extra flavor)

🌱 Lay flat on a baking tray and bake at 180deg for 10-15 mins (depending on how cooked you like them)


I love eating these warm with other roasted veggies or adding them to a salad the next day #iloveleftovers
