๐Ÿซ SIMPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES ๐Ÿซ

I thought Iโ€™d share this recipe now in case you are in the kitchen today and even planning to do some meal prep.... add this to your list ๐Ÿ˜‰

Here is a nut free treat that is perfect for school lunchboxes that tastes so yummy! ๐Ÿ˜‹
Itโ€™s simple and quick to whip up a batch of these... and you can easily replace the sunflower seed meal for almond meal if you donโ€™t need a but free option ๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seed meal
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp raw cacao/ cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
3 tbsp water
optional: 1 tbsp of vegan choc chips and 1 tbsp of cacao nibs

Method:
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix together.
Form flatish cookie shapes (wet hands if cookie mixture is sticky) and bake at 180oC for 10-12 minutes.
Cool before eating as they will crisp up a bit.

Inspired by Kayla's recipe from @thefamilyfoodproject, I tweaked her cookie recipe to make it nut free (school friendly) and added cacao nibs for extra crunch... YUM!
