Sweet Potato Chocolate Frosting

INGREDIENTS

  • 240 mL loosely packed peeled cooked and cooled sweet potato
  • 180 mL coconut sugar or other unrefined sugar (we use rapadura)
  • 120 mL cocoa powder
  • 120 mL scant raw cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1 mL rounded sea salt
  • 75 mL nondairy milk
  • 5 mL pure vanilla extract
