quinoa flakes or oats
3 tbs
flaxseed meal
140 gr dried
apricots
90 gr
dried apple
180 gr
dried dates
60 gr
sultanas
2
dried figs
1-2
Wild Orange doTERRA essential oil
3 tbsp
water
METHOD
Combine the quinoa / oats, flaxseed meal, dried fruit and Wild Orange oil in a processor and pulse until completely combined.
Add the water and pulse until the mixture sticks together (you may need to add extra water).
Press the mixture into a lined tin / silicone tray. Refrigerate and then cut into squares.
