It’s been a busy weekend of work for me with a market yesterday and I’ve just got back home from a workshop 🐝
We’ve managed to squeeze in our meal prep into pockets of time over the weekend; last night once the girls went to bed and this morning before I left home 🏡
I know how AMAZING and vibrant I feel when I fuel my body with nourishing food and I want the same for our little fam bam 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
No matter how chokkas my schedule may be, our meal prep is a priority, a non negotiable 😉
