🍴 MEAL PREP 🍴 24 NOV 19 🍴

What an AMAZING weekend we have had... we have attended THREE markets!
And knowing we had a busy weekend schedule from the outset, I knew I needed to make sure we had nutritious food to nourish our bodies... so I could set up and pack down our stall, lift all of our stock, stand up for 7454 hours 😆💪🏻
 
Before I left for Friday night's market, I prepped our lunches and dinners for two days... Oh how meal prep saves me every time 🙌🏻❤️
 
Sometimes when we feel stressed, busy, short of time etc. the things we really need the most to get us though, fly out the window BUT prepping food ahead of time is always a priority for me 🥗
