What a gorgeous sunny Sunday in Perth ☀️😎
We are nearly 2/3rds of our way through a long weekend and this morning I did something NEW! I attended my first sound healing class - over one hour of deep relaxation and it was BLISS to be able to switch off and lay down on a mat with a blanket 🧘🏻‍♀️🙌🏻
And then I came home to finish off this meal prep in my blissful bubble but I think I was floating through the kitchen hehe! 😝
