Earlier in the week, I spoke about decision fatigue on my stories... and how each day, I try to create simple rituals to reduce the amount of day-to-day decisions I have to make...
🔅 I lay my clothes out the night before
🔅 I take time on a Sunday to create an exercise schedule and my schedule for the week ahead for our bizz and personal life
🔅 I have oils that are my favorite blends that are stored next to our diffusers
AND I meal plan and also prep ahead of time 🥣
This way, I know what I’m wearing, eating and smelling 😂😆
AND I can deal with extra decisions I have to make... most recently involving termites and washing machines #adulting 🙃🤪
