We have enjoyed a slower paced weekend with our little family. I have two markets next weekend so I have made sure to soak up this weekend π¨βπ©βπ§βπ§
Plus if I am being honest, I have been feeling quite 'BLAHH'.
We found out some news within our community on Friday afternoon which has shaken me, saddened me and also brought up so many emotions from a past experience which I find so very challenging to relive. In these times, I am just so grateful that I can reach for extra emotional support; I have been using our Forgive and Peace blends and applying them regularly as I find my mind has been racing with so many thoughts. As soon as I catch myself, I take several deep belly breaths of Peace and the aroma is so calming and reassuring π
