This week's meal prep has been a labour of love in between two markets but the effort on the weekends outweigh the ease this gives our household throughout the week so it is important to me that I find the pockets of time... like while my daughter's are eating breakfast, after they have gone to bed etc
π£ Truth bomb: if it is important to us, we find the time.
Β
And this week I purchased @onehandedcooks new books: Boosting your basics π
So although I was limited with time
AND
that is one of my meal prepping tips: avoid choosing too many new recipes as that can increase your meal prep time compared to cooking recipes that you are familiar with β°
BUT
I couldn't help it as their recipe book is AMAZING! π So much inspiration so I can't wait to test run more of their recipes in the weeks to come π
