This week's meal prep is a little smaller than normal as we are jet setting off to Melbourne on Friday! #familyadventures ✈️
Do you want me to show you what I meal prep for our trip? I always make sure we have lots of food and snacks options available 🙌🏻
 
I mentioned on my stories that I have made @onehandedcooks sweet potato, thyme and ricotta cannelloni this week but I couldn't easily find a GF substitute for cannelloni pasta so I decided to make in into a 'fuss free' lasagne. All you need to do is grab yourself rice paper sheets and instead of them braking into pieces as you try to make them fit a square or rectangle baking dish, use a spring form cake pan as they are the perfect fit! Genius huh?! 😉
