So you may notice that this looks very similar to last Sunday's meal prep 👀
I have cooking fails especially when it comes to trying new gluten free / vegan recipes so last week was full of delicious food... so I thought I’d repeat it again this week 😍👌🏻
Dinner is sorted for the next two / three nights with this coconut lemon 'veggie' soup (so yummy!) on a bed of brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat.
And for my lunches for the next couple of days, I will have the massaged kale + sunflower seeds+ no beef burgers + roasted brussel sprouts + the new dressing that I stumbled across yesterday 😍😋
I will trial the salad recipe a couple more times before I share it with you... but it is seriously creamy and delish without dairy! 👌🏻😉
