It's a long weekend here in WA but I wanted to completed our meal prep as it helps us so much throughout our weeks with work and school 🙌🏻
Our brains are making upward of 35,000 decisions each day; decision fatigue is real 🤯 which is also another reason that I love having our meal prep completed - it eases the overwhelm & makes healthy eating achievable for us when we are short on time 🥰
