I love meal prepping! The time it saves us throughout our busy weekdays outweighs the time and effort I invest on the weekend 💯🙌🏻
Here are my 3 time saving meal prep tips:
1. Write out a list of what you want to meal prep and leave it on your bench so when you have a spare pocket of time, you can see your meal prep game plan.
2. Locate the recipes you are cooking (open tabs on iPad, recipe books to the correct page) so you don't waste 5 mins trying to find a recipe - use that 5 mins to chop up veggie sticks instead 😉
3. Clear your benchtops; so you have lots of room and space to conquer in your kitchen
