We have been enjoying the glorious weather in Perth this weekend... blue skies and lots of sunshine! ☀️😎

It feels so satusfying to fill my kitchen bench with lots of snack, lunch and dinner options for our week ahead.
Meal prep options; if you don't like eating leftovers, then chop your veggies for the next few days so you can easily grab them from your fridge... or focus on prepping breakfasts or lunch... whatever works best for your lifestyle. The goal of meal prepping / batch cooking is that it should save you time throughout your week and for us, this meal prep also helps us in reducing food waste... as well as doing less dishes throughout the week 😂👏🏻
