One week since race day... this time last week I had just completed a triathlon...
And now we are having a very quiet long weekend at home in lockdown.

You know I am a gal of routine, so day 1 (yesterday) was emotionally tough for me as the news of this lockdown sparked anxiety within me. I sat with those emotions yesterday and today have focussed on doing the things that I can control; I enjoyed my 1 hour of exercise, meal prepping, listening to a Spotify playlist, spending time in the sunshine with my fam bam... 🙌🏻🥰
