weekly meal prep 21 march 2021

It has been so hot in Perth these past few days - today is a little cooler as it is only 35oC! 🥵
We have enjoyed a fun morning at the beach with our SUP 🏄🏻‍♀️🏖

And it’s now less than one week until my next triathlon... I have TWO triathlons in the next four weeks... I’m excited 🥳😝 (and I have a few nervous 🦋’s too)

Here’s our meal prep:

🍽 stewed apples, pears and sultanas
🍽 chia seed pudding breakfast jars
🍽 carrot, orange, ginger, lemon, lime & pineapple AND carrot, orange, lemon, beetroot, apple & pineapple cold pressed juices
