This time next week, I will have completed my very first half Ironman event... wowsers!!

It has been a wild week of emotions…

👉🏻 Felt waves of excitement...
👉🏻 Visualised crossing the finishing line and seeing Steve and the girls faces…
👉🏻 Felt tired as slowing down my training has given my body a chance to catch up…
