I have been listening to some really great episodes from @themelrobbinspodcast about the creation of new habits and how we can make them everlasting and sustainable. I loved reading Atomic Habits by James Clear but if you are also curious about how to create habits in your day to day life and maybe get rid of some old ones then I highly recommend you take a listen to these two episodes.
