What an exciting week! I finally built up the courage (aka ⚽️’s) to sign up for the half Ironman event in Busselton in 4 weeks! 🥳

As my training is at an all time high, I am focused on my nutrition as one of the ways to help my body recover and meal prepping makes that possible. Our weekdays are busy so to have this food in our fridge and pantry makes it easy to grab-and-go... and it mean less dishes during the week 😝#winning
