weekly meal prep 14 nov 2021

I have been short on meal prep time this weekend amongst half Ironman training, Steve studying all weekend for his exam this week and spending time with the girls... so I have tried to be as efficient with my meal prep time as possible 🤪

A couple of time saving tips:

1. limit cooking new recipes (as you won't be familiar with the ingredient list & method)
2. have a list of everything you want to cook on your kitchen bench so when you have a 'pocket of time' to cook, you know your game plan
3. have your recipes in one place so that you can easily grab the cookbook or link and not spend time searching
