Thought Iā€™d share two of my time saving tips that I follow for meal prepping:

ā˜šŸ» Before I get started, I empty our dishwasher & dish racks so I can clean as I go - I find dealing with a messy kitchen at the end too overwhelming šŸ¤Ŗ

āœŒšŸ» I love to experiment with new recipes but it can be time consuming especially when you are trying to make the most of your ā€˜meal prepā€™ time. I try to make no more than 2 new recipes at a time because when you are cooking familiar recipes, you are also familiar with the ingredients & methods.
