weekly meal prep 16 may 2021

Thought I’d share two of my time saving tips that I follow for meal prepping:

☝🏻 Before I get started, I empty our dishwasher & dish racks so I can clean as I go - I find dealing with a messy kitchen at the end too overwhelming 🤪

✌🏻 I love to experiment with new recipes but it can be time consuming especially when you are trying to make the most of your ‘meal prep’ time. I try to make no more than 2 new recipes at a time because when you are cooking familiar recipes, you are also familiar with the ingredients & methods.

I’ve wrapped up our meal prep so here's what we have in our fridge and pantry 😋
