Why do I bother with meal prepping?! Because good food = good mood š„° and even though we may have some extra treats during Christmas, I find the 'convenience' of having breakfasts and snacks etc. prepped and ready to go makes eating healthy easier... plus decision fatigue at this time of year is real!
