šŸ“ MEAL PREP šŸ“ 20 SEP 20 šŸ“

This week I listened to aĀ @richrollĀ podcast withĀ @drchatterjeeĀ : Health is about the little things. I love Rangan's analogy:
You don't brush your teeth on a Sunday for 1.5 hours because you can't make time during the week. You make time to brush your teeth twice each day, even if it is only 1 minute. It is a daily habit.

For me, I have put off meditating as I didn't have a 'spare' 20 mins so I let that be my excuse but for the past 2 weeks, I have completed a 5 min meditation after my morning exercise (I am adding mediation onto an existing habit).
So whether it be meal prepping, exercise, meditation... whatever time you have to complete it, just do it and watch it become a habit šŸŒø
