I‘ve had several injuries over these past months which have left me in pain after my runs. I am grateful that yesterday I ran 12.5kms pain free BUT I saw someone on Insta who posted their results and had a much faster pace. Steve said to me "stop comparing yourself to others" and he is right.
I am so grateful that my body has recovered and even though my running pace has fallen (which I feel frustrated over 🥴) I need to draw inspo from other people's success, not let it take my joy ⭐️
