What an exciting week! I finally built up the courage (aka ⚽️’s) to sign up for the half Ironman event in Busselton in 4 weeks! 🥳As my training is at an all time high, I am focused on my nutrition as one of the ways to help my body recover and meal prepping makes that possible.
