I received a question the other day about whether we eat takeaway / fast food... it got me thinking about our meal prep as I see this as our 'fast food' 😍

Our weekdays can feel FULL with work, school, after school activities, homework & everything else... so this is how I make healthy eating possible and FAST for us.

I find pockets of time throughout our weekend (eg. while my girls eat lunch or eat breakky) which adds up to all of this 🌸

Meal prep is a weekly habit that leaves me feeling like we can conquer the week ahead because we have a full pantry and fridge of prepped food 🤺💓😜
